Mountain Stream Windchimes
Are tuned to A minor. Due to the larger diameter and length of their pipes, they resonate 1 octave lower than Joyful Breeze windchimes. The windchimes are available in Dark Green, Dark Blue and Wineberry (A minor) .
Pipes
The aluminium pipes used for our wind chimes are hardy and corrosion resistant, even in salty coastal conditions.
The colours are applied powdercoated (an enamel-like finish
baked on at 200*C) and tuned to A minor. The windchimes are hard wearing and fade resistant.
Timber parts - windcatchers and flyers
Redwood timber is used for its durability, stability and pleasant appearance.
Windcatchers are available in several shapes including circle, dolphin, leaf, ellipse and oval or in form of a paua shell. Please check out our

All wooden components have been oiled and an occasional
re-oiling with linseed or any similar oil will enhance their appearance for many years.
Strings
Strings of UV resistant polyester braid complete this musical instrument which can safely be hung outdoors.
